Ole M. Jensen

Ole M. Jensen (born in 1969) is an international CEO who has worked for 20 years with companies in more than 20 countries. Ole has been involved in areas such as production and retail and wholesale trade, and has gained experience from most business functions throughout his career – from finances and sales to communications and procurement. Most recently, Ole has spent three years as a successful member of the global top management team for one of the largest trading companies in the construction sector, with annual revenue of DKK 130 billion.
Ole is an expert in strategy, but also a 'hands-on' leader who translates complexity into easily implementable initiatives. He is a passionate and energetic leader, with a special focus on creating a winner mentality in 'people' companies, and has transformed organisations with up to 10,000 employees. He is equally at home in global boardrooms and on the shop floor. Ole has completed many acquisitions, both as a buyer and seller, and has extensive experience professionalising, integrating and creating growth. Retail chain operations is one of his specialties.
Ole has extensive experience with various forms of ownership, from public listing to private equity funds and family ownership, within Denmark and abroad, and has strong ties to the banks.

Jesper J. Elling

Jesper J. Elling (born in 1964) is one of the world's leading expert advisors on profitable growth.
Jesper has worked as a leadership and business development consultant in Danish and international companies for over 20 years. For the last 10 years he has devoted his time and passion to helping executives achieve dramatic growth in their companies’ financial results.
Jesper has worked in most parts of the world. In Denmark, Jesper has worked successfully with everything from C20-index companies to small privately owned companies. Jesper is well known for his extremely ambitious goals, uncompromising attitude and highly effective growth leadership tools. In 2015 alone, Jesper's top three customers saw revenue rise by well over DKK 1 billion and profits rise by several hundred million. The latest study shows that Jesper's customers outperform their competitors by 11:1 in terms of growth in revenue. Jesper is the author of five books, including the bestseller, Growth Leadership.
